I am working on some recipes that cater to different diets and intolerances (gluten free and vegan are the current focus). However, I do work in a kitchen which contains nuts, gluten, dairy, soya, eggs and peanuts. So unfortunately, all my bakes may contain traces of the allergens listed.

I don't, you can only collect from BH8 (for the moment, I am working on a delivery service of treat boxes) I am however offering postals from June!

I don't I'm afraid, and not sure that I ever would! I honestly believe that some of my recipes are close to perfection, and such secrets are going to stay secrets! The only other person who knows them is my partner, and even that's a regret as he often threatens to post them online...little does he know that I would sue him if he did.

Mixed treat boxes are only available every Friday, the contents stay the same, but the theme of flavours update weekly. They are super popular though and often sell out a month in advance, so I suggest booking in for one as soon as you see a theme that takes your fancy.. 

You pay when you order, and it's done through bank transfer. For orders over £50 you have the option of paying 50% when you order, and the other 50% 1 week before the collection date.

Brownies stay super fresh for up to a week, rocky road stays fresh in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, cookies are best eaten within 2-3 days, and cakes stay lovely and fresh for 3 days, but if they are oil-based (carrot cake, or chocolate) they stay fresher for longer!

I would love to, but in the distant future! I don't think I feel confident enough in my own skills yet. 

I would suggest storing rocky road in the fridge, for everything else, keep the bakes out of the fridge and in an airtight container!
